Did you know that more than half of US adults noticed billboard advertising in the last month? Most of them agreed that OOH ads are more noticeable than any other form of media.
A recent study from Nielson, a consumer research organization, revealed that outdoor advertising has a strong impact on consumer behavior.
In fact, the Outdoor Advertising Association of America reports that 94% of those who noticed an outdoor ad looked at the advertising message and more than half were highly engaged. Nearly 90% recalled seeing advertising, and 47% recalled a specific ad. Millennials were most likely to notice posters. The highest viewership (71%) was among 25 to 34-year-olds.
