South Bend TCU Campaign featured in Outdoor Advertising Magazine

Over a year ago, the Teachers Credit Union (TCU) of Indiana embarked on an outdoor advertising campaign promoting Bear Essentials, a Web-based money management tool created by Extra Credit Projects and based and based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
